BOard TREASURER

Natsai R Musarurwa is a Zimbabwean-born finance and business strategy professional whose experience spans entrepreneurship, public service, financial planning, project management, and consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and brings an international perspective shaped by her experiences across Africa and Canada.

Natsai is the Founder and CEO of Natsai R Consulting, a Yellowknife-based firm specializing in business planning, strategic management, bookkeeping, financial analysis, and project management. Through her work, she helps small businesses and startups—particularly across northern Canada—build strong foundations, navigate funding opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth.

She is also the creator of The Canadian Bookkeeper, an online financial education platform followed by thousands. Through accessible content and practical resources, Natsai helps Canadian entrepreneurs better understand bookkeeping, business finances, and the numbers behind their decisions.

Earlier in her career, Natsai founded Rated 18 Shoes, a Zimbabwean social enterprise that created ethical, handmade footwear while supporting survivors of child marriage through employment, education, and economic opportunity. She has also shared her financial expertise as the author of “Write on the Money,” a business column published by Zimbabwe’s The Standard.

As Treasurer of the Board at No Time for That Anti-Bullying Society, Natsai provides financial leadership, oversight, and strategic guidance to help ensure the charity’s resources are managed responsibly and directed toward meaningful impact. As a mother, she feels a deeply personal connection to work that helps children and young people grow up feeling safe, confident, valued, and supported. Her longstanding commitment to education, economic empowerment, and creating opportunities for girls and women aligns deeply with NTFT’s mission to empower young people to shape their own futures.
